We are sending this notification to let you know that we have recently had a systems issue with our provider who hosts the billing system for SE. We have moved to a different service provider to make sure this does not happen again. We are now restoring from backups as we speak and should have everything back up shortly.
Please note that no personal information nor banking information was compromised nor do we store any information relating to banking. These items include: card numbers, transactions numbers and routing numbers. We strive to ensure all our customers information is secure and follows best practices standards.
Because of the inconvenience this may have caused. We are cancelling all invoices for the rest of November. No invoices will be due until December. Please note that our system might send you a invoice for November.
If you receive a email for an invoice please disregard it, if you get a email stating your account has been suspended please contact us. We will restore your account immediately if the system does suspend for non payment. We have gone through and checked but sometimes things get overlooked at times.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused And thank you for choosing us for all your business needs. Please contact us either by email or utilizing our ticket system we again appreciate and apologize for the inconveniences this may have caused.
